Troubleshooting

Building sessions with Meahana is fairly intuitive, but as with any web app, sometimes something doesn’t seem to be working quite as expected. Here are some quick troubleshooting steps to take to get you back on track. Try them in this order and test after each step to see if it fixes the issue:

  1. Refresh your browser screen. This clears the cache for the page and forces the browser to load the most recent version. (Essentially making the page catch up with your edits.)
  2. Copy the activity if just one activity is behaving badly.
    1. From the agenda on left side of the Session Builder screen, click the “+” to the right of the section header and select “Copy Activity.”

    2. Select the activity you’d like to copy and click “Copy”. The new activity will appear at the bottom of the section.

    3. Move the copy of the activity to the correct place in the agenda, and delete the old version.

    4. Test the copy of the activity to make sure the issue is resolved.

  1. Copy the session if neither of the above have fixed the issue.
    1. Find the session you’d like to copy on the Dashboard screen. In upper right corner of the session card, click “Actions” then “Copy Session.

    2. Open and test the copy of the session to make sure the issue is resolved.
